"Aren't All Microfibre cloths the same?..."

It is important to note that not all microfibre cloths are the same, far from it.

Microfibre is produced by combining a mixture of polyester and polyamde, varying blends create different results. Of additional importance is the weight (denyer) which affects the softness/roughness of the cloth.

Each EquiCloth has been manufactured to our exact specifcation with what we consider to be the right blend to provide the best mix of softness, absorbency, cleaning power and durability.

"Can I use any microfibre cloth?..."

Many of the microfibre cloths you commonly find in supermarkets and shops have been designd with the emphasis on cleaning power.

We believe that it is better for your horse if the blend is measured to provide a soft gentle approach when using on your horses skin and coat.

"How does microfibre work?..."

Microfibre is made from warp knitted thread, composed of wedge shaped polyester filaments with a core of nylon. The fibres wedge shaped filaments follow surfaces, lift up dirt, and then trap the particles inside the fibres. The capillary effect between the filaments and the nylon core creates a high absorbency.
